Flowers
I have been knowing how to make this tulip and other flower ever since I was 8. I can do both by memory and it is easy to do. Each flower is about 16 steps. I have given one to Ms. Dupre and she really liked it.
Frankie - I am so impressed with your site! I love it and am so proud of you! Thank you for sharing your talent and gifts with me throughout the year! Love you! Mrs Dupre
Yes,I do know how to make origami out of money. And I have to admit it is pretty cool. Next time you visit us,I'll make you an origami elephant and crane.
Frankie, I love them all, but I think the tulip is my favorite right now. I do have my own special oigami that my sweet grandson, Frankie, made for me at Easter. I keep it on my antique chest with my other treasures. I really enjoy reading your blog and seeing the new things you do. love you. Meemee
Wow Frankie the flowers are beautiful but I think the boat is really cool too. I showed Aiden and Allie and they can't believe that you made all these things yourself. Keep it up they are very cool.
After not having accessed this blog in nearly 10 years, I decided to come back and see what I could do with the remains, hopefully turning this into something worthwhile.
My name is Frankie Durio, and as you can see, I am, or was anyway, an avid fan of origami, a paper folding based art form that allows you to create just about anything you can imagine. You’ll see old projects of mine as well as new ones, and hopefully I can bring back a part of me that I haven’t tapped into for years now. Cheers
Frankie, this is just beautiful! WOW! I love the bright red tulip the most. I bet Ms. Dupre really was surprised. Keep up the awesome work.
ReplyDeleteI can't really remember the last time I made one. I think I made for my mom on Mother's day. love, frankie durio
